Clutter and hoarding

Hoarding is where someone collects a large number of items and keeps them in an untidy way. It can become a health and safety hazard because it's difficult to clean and can cause trips and falls.

It's important you try to keep your home as clutter-free as you can to avoid hazards and risk to your health.
