National Recruitment Campaign

What is it?

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is running a national recruitment campaign to drive applications into the adult social care sector. The campaign launched on 12 February with national and regional media engagement. Please visit the campaign website to find out more -


How do I get involved?

We encourage you to be involved and below are a number of ways your can support the campaign:

Advertise your vacancies on DWP 'Find a job'

Post your vacancies on DWP Find a Job (alongside any other local job board normally used). The campaign website directs prospective applicants to DWP Find a Job which is filtered to show social care jobs only
Download instructions for how to post a job. 

Social media

Follow the campaign Facebook page and show your support by liking and sharing content. Encourage staff to do the same, particularly with those who they think would be suitable to work in adult social care, as we know referrals are a positive driver for retention.
