What is it?

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is running the national recruitment campaign to drive applications into the adult social care sector. The campaign launched ith national and regional media engagement. Please visit the campaign website to find out more -


How do I get involved?

We encourage you to be involved and below are a number of ways your can support the campaign:

Advertise your vacancies on DWP 'Find a job'

Post your vacancies on DWP Find a Job (alongside any other local job board normally used). Download instructions for how to post a job. 


Social media images & videos

Digital images & videos for you to use on your Facebook and Twitter platforms and in your emails.


Pre-written social media and newsletter text

Template copy to help you quickly draft posts for your social media channels, press releases and internal newsletters.


Use the campaign toolkit

The campaign toolkit provides more information about the resources available to you. It also has useful information on how to create a successful recruitment campaign, including a best practice checklist.

Promote the sector & promote your vacancies with these printable materials


Share your career story with others

The campaign is calling for care providers across England to send in stories and images from people who work in adult social care. These stories will be shared on the website, the Facebook page, and with the Media. Download the case study form here.
